On Wednesday, November 2nd Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center honored resident veterans and their families with a pinning ceremony. Sponsored by Beacon Hospice, Sergeant John Fellows saluted each veteran, placed a pin on their collar and offered the certificate of appreciation. The ROTC of Beverly High School presented the colors. Bob Gilbert, past Commander of Beverly Veterans had inspirational words from firsthand experience as a veteran. Senator Joan Lovely, thanked the veterans and their families for sacrificing their time and enabling all of us to enjoy the freedom of being a U.S.citizen. Representatives from Senator Bruce Tarr\u2019s office, State Representative Jerry Parisella\u2019s office, thanked the veterans as well.<\/p>\n
